Lance=white me=green

I can't decide if he's sleep texting or just being silly.

But for real, we slept with the window open so it was a chilly 70 degrees this morning.

I can only imagine how cold his wet doggy nose could be.

I've awaken a monster

Lori let me borrow her Nikon D90 for a day.
BIG mistake.

Now I want one.

That thing can make any picture look good.

So for Christmas I gave my parents a coupon to get a picture printed on a canvas.

Since my family wont get together before the coupon expires, we decided they should do a picture of themselves.

They wanted to pay someone to take a few shots but I convinced them to let me try first.

I think they turned out great.

Also, picnik does wonders.

And while I was at my parents house with the fancy camera, I had Cassidy come over with baby Logan and try baby pictures. Surprisingly, babies are hard to work with.

Someone PLEASE help me, why do I get all kinds of extra lines whenever I publish a post? They aren't there when I type it all out. Talk about frustrating!

Textual Healing

I have noticed that most bloggies have their own flair.
(I hope I used that word in the right sense)

The daybook has awkward and awesome thursdays,

Peace love lauren has her link up lovebook,

Marquesas has mail calls.

I had an idea. Lance is a funny guy. Even the funniest guy I know.

And we text. So sometimes I get funny texts.

My flair will be the funny(to me at least) texts that Lance sends.

Today's textual healing:

Background- I was at Lindy's house putting together baby shower invites when Lance decides he's lonely at home and acts like he "accidently" mistexted a text to me that was "meant" for his friend to get me home quicker.

So... is this a go? What do you think?

Addicted

I never allowed myself to buy food coloring for my own household because I knew I'd use it too often.
With Easter behind us, I was still in the object dying mood.

I got some flowers from work for Secretary's Day that included some white daisys in the bunch.

I knew what I was going to do as soon as I saw the white daisys.

Remember this from your elementary science fair?

One glass had purple in it and the other green.
Interstingly, the purple turned the flower more blue than purple.

I like to think I'll be a cool, fun mom.

Just Curious

Lance=white, me=green. Poor husband. He's so good to me. He wears what I want him to wear.

It's nice to know he'll draw the line some point.

I think it's time that blogger gets an app. That would be lovely and convenient.

Ring Swapping

I know it's only been 9 months, but I had good reasons behind the trade in.

Reason 1:

See how the diamonds are exposed on the side?

Well they can get knocked loose easy cause nothings really holding them in.

Reason 2:
See how the wedding band looked like extra bling instead of a separate band?
I wanted a defined wedding band.

So here's the new one. Same halo style, different antique-y design.

See how the diamonds are all cozy and snug in their beautiful pave setting?

See how the wedding band is more prominent?

It had to be sent out for resizing and to be soldered. May 9th can't come quick enough.
