our annual halloween festivities are pretty much over.
all thats left is passing out candy. if we even have kids in our neighborhood.
we carved pumpkins.
mine is the one eating the little pumpkin and Lance's is the grim reaper.
for the trunk or treat we picked our costumes based on Orion's. he is our child.
our trunk was 'the anderson saloon" we had saloon doors, a campfire, our pumpkins were on display and lance even played his guitar.
the idea was to have the kids push the saloon doors open to grab the candy but those posters were razor sharp. both lance and i got crazy deep papercuts. so the doors were non-operational and we held the bowl of candy outside.
orion was such a good boy during the trunk or treat that he got a reward when we got home. he sure was happy!
i love this time of year and all of the holidays that are back to back.
not to mention the colder weather and the snuggles in bed.

That's so fun! I'm so jealous cause our Ward doesn't do NOTHIN! So no dressing up and passing out candy to kids for us :( Plus I think like all the parents in our Ward are anti candy...So they don't let their kids trick-o-treat either...Wierd huh?
oh my gosh how did i not walk over to see your car! d'oh! it was so cute! i loved yall's giddup, i mean giddyup! :)
Best costume I've seen yet! I really like O's costume!
You guys are the cutest little western family. The saloon trunk was pure genius. And, even though your feet were numb, I must say those boots look mighty fine on you!
