31 weeks

if this is me at 31 weeks, i can't imagine how big i'll be when i'm full term.
i hope i'm not growing a toddler in there.
despite how big my stomach is, it's safe to say little man has not run out of room to move around.
luckily i have a long torso so i'm not getting kicked in the ribs yet.
he kicks and punches and wiggles all the time!
see the below evidence.

you know how most pregnant ladies get annoyed when their bellies get touched?
not me. i don't care. touch away.
however, i was in costco with lance one day and ran into one of my high school teachers.
first thing he did when he noticed my belly? oh, he only put his ear to my stomach.
that's crossing the line of my comfort.
so please, touch and feel all you want, but faces and ears have to stay away.

Oh my gosh how awkward!!! I would have died!!!! When I was pregnant with Brinley, I got more weird comments than I can count. I was pregnant while still in school and my last semester before she was born, I was probably....28 weeks or something, and my teacher goes, Man, you're due like anytime huh??? I'm like NO I'M NOT!!!!! I still had FOREVER to go and I was so upset that I looked like a beached whale to everyone else. Maybe it's men...Men never know what to do or say when it comes to pregnancy. Even your husband sometimes!! (or maybe that's just mine?)

You are carrying so low! So much different than how I carry. Being tall definitely has its advantages while pregnant!!

I don't mind people touching my belly, either! I don't really see what the big deal is. But I have not had anyone put their face that close, so that would probably bother me.

Also, it's a little freaky how much that baby in there can move things outside your belly!! Whoa.

I feel SOOOO low! For a while I felt like I had beer belly and not a pregnant belly cause there was no top to it! Luckily it's rounded out so it's obvious but yes, I think I make the saying "boys carry low" true to the last word.

Hey are you saying I can't talk to your belly anymore? I do like to touch you... I know weird but it's interesting being a mom of a pregnant daughter. I just want little man to know my voice so when he arrives he says... that's my Nan!

Did I ever tell you about the time I was holding one of the little Zauche twins in church when I was about that far along... Preston started punching upward and it was so hard that it woke the baby up! Not joking. You look great!

Wow he is really moving!! and now i can feel comfortable touching your belly all the time without feeling awkward! I'll keep my ear off though. that def crosses the line, esp for an old teacher

That is so awkward! I thought I'd be one of those pregnant ladies who didn't want her belly touched, but turns out I'm perfectly fine with it. It saves me from having to make rude comments to a lot of people!
