having an immobile baby was nice while it lasted.
before monday liam never showed interest in rolling over. he was acting puney the night before so i stayed home from work to make sure he was doing better. we were playing on the floor when i decided to see what would happen if i helped him half way. so i let him grab my finger and i pulled him to his side and he started moving those thunder thighs and the next thing i know he's SO close but fell back down. so i grab the camera and this happens!!
i was so excited that i got to see him roll over for the first time and happy that it was on camera for the rest of the family to see!
this video was all him! i didn't pull him over onto his side i just started filming then. his little arm got stuck and it was turning pretty red so i decided i should maybe help him out.
he seems to have mastered rolling over that arm. now he just needs to figure out how to get off his stomach since he gets pretty angry after about 1 minute.
my little boy is growing up :(
but while i'm on a video roll, i share this little gem with you. that sad face really works against him. everytime he does it, i have to laugh before comforting him. we call it the "lip bouncing" cry.
i mean seriously, look at this face!!!!

Go Liam! I love his face in the first video when you started to pull him up a little bit. And that sad music face is the cutest thing ever!
Tanya,
that is a new face he started last weekend! he loves to suck on his bottom lip now.
Love it! Just wait til he starts crawling around and crying because he can't find you ;)

The first video in my mind I was thinking "you can do it you're so close!" And then he rolled over! I think it was my motivation in my mind. haha. I'm so happy you got to see him roll over first!
