So I am awful at blogging. It's a known fact. Look at the scattered dates of my posts for proof. Maybe now that I have some excitment in my life I'll have more things to say.
Anyways, I'm married now. It happened quick and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Other than, maybe a little quicker but I think both of our moms would have killed us. They did an AMAZING job at organizing and decorating everything.
I always liked Lance. Which is probably a good thing. But now I really like Lance. I like our life right now. We have a cute little home. A cute little pup. Two well-paying jobs. Everything is going great. I hope I don't jinx it.
I like being married and taking care of my man. He makes it hard to do sometimes. He is pretty good about helping with the dishes after a meal. I used to hate doing my roommates dishes but it's different when Lance leaves a dish or two in the sink I'll clean it without any grumbling. And even though he told me not to do his laundry, I always sneak some clothes in when I have the extra room in my load. He leaves for work after me and always makes the bed. The first day back to work after our mini honeymoon that that morning was the first time he'd even made his bed. Every morning since, it's always been made when I come home from work. Lance even wipes the toilet seat down after he pees just to make sure there aren't any drops left behind. Yes, I did marry a good one.
I love to hear him referring to "our family" when he prays. I love to hear him give thanks for the love that we have for each other and for our marriage. I love that he kisses me every night before I go to sleep. I married a good one.

On an ending note, now that we're married and it's all official I can let the cat out of the bag. We're going to Brazil!! We had tickets before we were engaged but we were keeping it pretty low key. We'll probably go in January. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited. A whole vacation of listening to Lance sexily speaking Portuguese.... It'll be good.

Love this cute little post! Ya blog more!
That is so sweet!
On a side note, Devin has always said that Portuguese is the language of love! I think we've been married too long because he doesn't speak it to me anymore. Oh well! Lance needs to help Devin brush back up on it!
Such a cute post. I'm happy for you guys. Sorry we took off the weekend before you got married! Your dress is beautiful!
This just made me so happy for you! He's lucky to have you! Best wishes Kristen.
